Zeah Riordan has been a Suzuki Guitar teacher in Melbourne since Suzuki Guitar was launched in Australia 1993 and working with children and families brings the same sense of wonder & delight as in the initial years. After completing a performance degree at the University of Melbourne, Zeah went on to develop a special interest in Early Childhood Music Education, particularly Orff-Schulwerk & Kodaly methods. Currently, Zeah’s career focus is on her Suzuki Guitar Studio where children from age four through to adults are nurtured to develop their abilities as classical guitarists. Zeah worked closely with Suzuki Guitar pioneering master teacher, Frank Longay (USA).
Currently, Zeah serves as the PPSA representative on the ISA Guitar Committee, in addition to numerous Suzuki Music Association (Victoria) committees. She is also on the committee of the Classical Guitar Society of Victoria.
